Details:
Logistics/Operations Assistant Checks and books the freight invoices for correct invoicing. Follows up with on time and accurate payables. At least weekly consolidation/verification of invoices. Ensures on time Logistic data reporting. Tracks Transit time and Timeliness of deliveries. Tracks carrier's performance. Checks and matches carriers’ reports with suppliers’ reports for differences at reception (Quality Control). Updates inbound order status. Supports Customs clearing process. Ensures proper documentation for transit of goods. Supports Logistics process - Enquires Distributors for Logistics costs and follow-up with them on executions. Participates in Delivery Team Meetings to keep teams informed on status. Provides logistic details for Supply chain and store team members. Any other task as required by Supply Chain Manager.
