| Drivers' Assistants (Tow Trucks) Drivers Assistants are required to help the Tow Truck Drivers in the removal of illegally parked vehicles in Abu Dhabi. This will involve communicating with the Control Centre and the Tow Truck Drivers, assisting in the removal of vehicles from the street, completing and submitting reports and liaising with memebrs of the public, vehicle owners and Parking Inspectors. Driving is not required as part of the job, however candidates must:- - Be fluent in both Arabic and English - reading, writing and speaking. - Have good customer service skills and be able to remain calm in difficult and demanding situations involving members of the public. - Be able to complete simple reports and pocket book notes. As the operation will run from 6:00am - 12:00 midnight, Saturday to Thursday (with reduced hours on Fridays) candidates must be willing and able to work 6 days (9 hours per day) on a shift system.
