| Quality Consultant One of Dubai's largest and oldest business groups is looking for a Quality Consultant . In business for 40 years, they have 24 group companies involved in FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Medical and Real Estate. They follow extremely good HR practices, have very low attrition and the future growth prospects are excellent. The requirement is as follows : Job Description - Audits current quality systems. - Identify and finalize the Quality Plans, Objectives & Indicators for the Company and follow up the same. - Identify and document the processes in terms of Procedures, Instructions, Controlled forms and records for group companies. - Understand the process of each department (by interacting with department heads) and ensure the requirements are in line with the requirements of organization. - Manage and drive the quality system through a process approach. - Promote the awareness of quality Management System to all departments by imparting trainings. - Continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the objectives, indicators, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review. - Co-ordinate with external parties related to Quality Management System. Candidate Specification - Should have experience in Quality implementation processes ranging between 2 to 4 years. - Should have hands on experience in minimum of one Quality Implementation process preferably in a Trading Company in the GCC region. - Management graduates (Degree in Industrial Engineering or Organizational Development is preferred) - Exceptionally good communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of operational research tools and methodologies - Certified in quality auditing (ISO 9001, CMM, etc.) Please send your resumes along with details of current compensation. | |
