| Senior Project Manager A highly reputable project management consultancy is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager. Responibility: The Senior Project Manager shall be the focal point of project works. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects; creating designs & estimating projects for company clients. You will act as a facilitator to ensure timely delivery of quality designs. This position requires creativity and artistic talent, good organizational, time management, and communication skills. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Management of the design phase of assigned projects in co-ordination with the engineers and consultants. • Management of Tender process, pre-qualification, selection of vendors and contractors. • Preparation of monthly progress reports for review and approval. • Providing support to the Construction Management team during the construction phase of the project with design related and prime contract issues. • Supporting client operations during the project closeout and warranty periods. • Demonstrating strong design experience of building projects. Qualification: BSc Degree in Architecture. Membership of a professional Engineering Institution would be beneficial. Experience: Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
