| Lebanese PA to CEO The Chairman’s PA of seven years requires a partner to deal with the head office work load. The business is looking for a straight thinking, hard working friendly PA to work side by side with the existing PA in order to achieve the maximum result required by the head office of this ever expanding company. Your duties will include a variety of regular PA duties as well as compiling and distributing reports, negotiating corporate rates for hotels travel and other necessities, attending meetings and taking the minutes and dealing with the companies advertising. As the perfect candidate you will: be of Lebanese or Syrian origin, speak, read and write Arabic and English be hard working and self motivated be a friendly and easy going individual that can get along with people from all walks of life have excellent communication skills have a fast typing speed and be able to take dictation.
