| Conference Producer A start up opportunity to get your teeth sunk into! Our Client is an arm of the Abu Dhabi University and will be focusing on producing Medical Conferences and Seminars. The MD has built a brilliant team of motivated and hard working people, they now require a Conference Producer to join them. The Conference Producer will develop new conferences in the B2B sector. The role will have responsibility for the development of conference programmes across a wide range of disciplines. The role will require an excellent communicator, a self-starter who is highly motivated, creative and able to develop new products in a brand new venture. Conference producers must be enthusiastic, hard working and self motivated. In a launch environment they will need to see the project through from concept to completion and have vision and enthusiasm. Skills required: Experience in conference production and developing intellectual content. Experience in research and interaction with business and Government leaders. Excellent interpersonal, communication team work skills and an ability to assimilate information quickly and explain complex ideas simply and clearly. Ability to operate in different marker sectors and disciplines. An innovative and forward thinking person who can positively contribute to improving the profile, product, position, people and profitability of the business.
