| Developer (Senior Director to Ass. Dev Manager) Developer (Senior Director to Ass. Dev Manager) JOB PURPOSE To lead and deliver all development activity within your scope of responsibility. The objective is to envision, plan and deliver a real estate development with excellent design, the highest build quality on time and to budget, whilst minimising risk and realising the optimum profitability for Sama Dubai and it’s financial partners. REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS > Degree – Bachelors with a technical specialism in engineering, construction, or architecture > MBA – preferred with a specialism in Real Estate Development EXPERIENCE > Proven track record in successfully developing mixed use development projects with a value of not less than $10m (USD) > Broad experience in managing all components of development activity, with deep experience in 4 - Legal & Deal Structuring - Project Management (design and construction) - Finance (funding & financial management) - Business Planning - Marketing & Sales - Research - Operators – identify & negotiate partner contracts > Experience of working on mixed used development or working on 2 or more of the following development types - Residential - Office & Commercial - Retail - Hospitality (Hotel & Leisure) - Industrial > Experience in Risk Management on complex multi phase projects, includes: - Land acquisition - Zoning - Legal Property - Market Volatility > Financial Acuity, able to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial reports > Experience of working internationally and with multi cultural teams, prior experience of the Middle East, North African and/or Asian Markets an advantage | |
