Details:
Director of Events Management Drives all activities aiming to maximize revenue for rooms and function rooms, particularly for groups. Conducts the negotiation and coordination process with prospects in order to maximize business opportunities and guarantee the bookings. Oversees the coordination between the Events Department and operation Departments with regards to Events and Ensures high quality of service is delivered by the Team. Supervises the Events team as per company culture. Develops and implements action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan. Key Requirements: - Diploma/degree in Sales and Marketing or Hotel Management - Proficient in oral and written English in addition to German, Italian or French language - At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a 5* hotel - Proven track record in selling - Customer driven, meticulous; has high attention to details with excellent computer skills
