Key Duties: • Represent to Client in all matters regarding provisions in the consultancy agreement related to Construction Management services.
• Serve as the senior Site Representative in all matters related to management of construction time, cost and quality.
• Coordinate the work of all site operations.
• Develop and implement contract administration policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement and monitor personnel administration policies and procedures.
• Review contractors' pay requests in conjunction with the Supervision Consultant and issue payment certificates.
• Receive all Requests for Information (RFI's) from the contractors and site offices and direct them to Design/Supervision Consultant for response. Review the responses for adequacy.
• Review contractors' change order proposals. Prepare recommendations to Client for change order approval, if warranted, Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding changes in contract value or project duration.
• Review contractors' claims. Prepare recommendations to Client for claims approval or rejection. Negotiate with contractors regarding the value of claims or changes in schedules.
• Monitor the contractors' progress and prepare progress reports to Client on a monthly basis. Preside at weekly, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site. Review the contractor's progress. Help resolve deficiencies. Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
• Monitor the performance of the Supervision Consultant on quality control issues.
• Oversee Contractor(s) implementation of an effective safety program.
• Assist in the startup, testing, and final commissioning activities and monitor final completion of the work.
• Manage/administer Project close-out and handover activities

Requirments: • Degree in Engineering – UK/US/Australian educated
• Minimum 15 years experience with residential and commercial developments of a large scale
• Middle East experience is preferred
