| Electrical Engineers x 3 A fantastic opportunity to work with one of th eworlds leading engineering consultancies. My client is currently recruiting for a number of exceptional Electrical Engineers. Requirments: Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Review, approve and process all electrical technical submittals. • Review, approve contractor’s shop drawings, in compliance with IFC drawings, project specification, national and international standards. • Review, approve and process all electrical material submittals and samples for compliance to the project specification. • Review contractor’s correspondence related to electrical works. Prepare appropriate response when necessary for the Resident Engineer’s review. • Review contractor’s electrical change order proposals. Prepare recommendations to Resident Engineer for review. If warranted, assist in negotiations with contractors regarding changes in contract value or project duration. • Review contractor’s claims related to electrical works. Prepare recommendations for claims approval or rejection. Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or changes in schedules. • Witness testing and commissioning of the works. Qualification: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
