| SENIOR ENGINEER - Civil COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Provide procurement services for the group. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Responsible for the delivery of subcontract works, implementation of buying strategies that cover both routine and high value transactions. - Identify and capture of procurement savings opportunities in close interaction with Project team. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: - Vetting contract documents and drafting RFQs by defining scope of work. Assume responsibility for finalizing technical submittals of subcontract agreements. Monitor delivery deadlines. Develop and maintain close working relationship with subcontractors. Achieve cost reductions and efficiency improvement. Job Requirements 6 - 8 years experience of which at least 2 years are in Procurement department within a large construction company in UAE. Additional Details Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment. Good communication and contract drafting skills. | |
