| Camp Boss / Supervisor COMPANY DESCRIPTION: A Construction Company with full in-house facilities to undertake Electrical, Plumbing and Air-Conditioning works. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Candidate will be in-charge of the labour camp. - Manage accommodation for labourers. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: - Handle allocation of rooms/costs to labourers. - Keeping records of labours staying in accommodation. - Report of daily absenteeism to HRD. - Keep track of labourer movement to/from other camp. - Responsible for cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance of camp. - Responsible for Electricity and water supply to the camp, noting and reading daily. - Responsible for the clearance of sewerage water from septic tanks. - Organize transport for emergency cases. - Overseeing the daily movement of employees to / from sites. - Ensure discipline in the camp. - Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Preferably have experience in handling labourers of large camps. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - Fluent in English and Hindi. | |
