| Contracts Analyst for UAE VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India. VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Contracts Analyst for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skillset required: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent 2-3 years experience. Experience within IT or Procurement desirable Responsibilities: Files original contracts in CLIENT’s filing room on a per-supplier and per-product basis, with in-active contracts filed in archive and active contracts filed separately Organises and files the correspondence with suppliers on a per-supplier and per-product basis Uploads of electronic copies of signed contracts in the contracts lifecycle management application, and performs data entry of configuration details including product name, contract start, expiry, renewal dates and supplier name and contact details Monitors contract expiry / anniversary dates and trigger renewal process via the electronic contract lifecycle management system Prepares and sends simple enquiries/administrative correspondence to suppliers requesting price information for products/services, copies of supplier contracts and/or other simple requirements Updates contract records and configuration information (including licenses procured) within contract filing room and the electronic contract lifecycle management system Prepares and confirms procurement orders to suppliers and ensures that orders are conducted within the boundaries of existing defined and approved processes Follows up with supplier on STATUS of respond to requests made by the supplier and contracts management team, including but not limited to the return of countersigned original contract documentation Follows up with IT Functions and business departments on STATUS of respond to requests made by the supplier and contracts management team Answers the supplier and contracts group phone line and records caller details and requirements for call back by the appropriate representative Trace and provide e-copies of contract documents needed by contracts/supplier management for insertion into correspondence with lawyers and/or suppliers Performs other general administrative responsibilities limited to the domain of managing supplier contracts and relationship, including but not limited to preparing courier forms, labels, etc. Carries out other duties as required Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: maximum 4 weeks The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in UAE. | |
