| electrical engineer • Acting as a Senior Quantity Surveyor • Prepare a payment application monthly and certificate every end of the month. • Prepare the Progress Bill of the Month. • Prepare a billing for the monthly claimed in the MEP works. • Prepare the Weekly Commercial Status of the company. • Prepare materials on site, provisional variation order, quantity take-off and check the progress in site. • Estimating the Electrical and Mechanical Quantity take off. • Estimating the quantity of post tender and revised drawing. • Prepare the cost implication if there is change or no cost of implication in the MEP works. • Responsible to double-check all quantity take-off and price in the invoice and the delivery note. • Responsible to check the final bill quantity agreement of the company to the contractor. • Responsible to prepare the letter of the payment of application, payment certificate, and provisional variation order. • Estimating the shop drawing materials and approved of the consultant. • Estimating the tender drawing using Auto Cad and revision drawing. • Have Basic knowledge in estimating in mechanical part like Drainage, Water supply, and HVAC • Prepare also the progress report with attached drawing. | |
