The core business of Gulf Dredging LimitedINT'L focuses on the following activities: 1) Marine construction works including dredging & land reclamation, on EPCM basis (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance). 2) Major EPCM contracts for construction & rehabilitation of wharfs. 3) Construction of shipyard facilities, based on Client’s requirement and in-house design. 4) Facilities - offices, industrial buildings, pre-engineered workshops & warehouses, based on Client’s requirements or affiliates’ needs. 5) Infrastructure - Stacking areas of above 1, 200, 000 m2 constructed in the 8 years till Y2008. 6) Development (1 to 4 bed room houses or apartments) of residential accommodation exceeding 87, 000 m2 (equivalent to approx. 1190 apartment units). 7) Turnkey construction, Property management and Property maintenance of four major Estates and one Port Complex. 8) Quarry / crushing plant operations, concrete production with six batching plants producing 50m3/H or more and two prefabrication plants.
